CCI’s Child Sponsorship Program is an ongoing, monthly commitment of $30.00 a month to aid in meeting a child’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs.
After you subscribe for the child's sponsorship, a photo with his/her profile will be sent to you. Twice a year (Summer and Christmas) Humanitarian Aid staff visits Guatemala to video and photograph the children. A DVD and photos of the child are sent to the sponsor family with any current information.
Correspondence between you and your sponsored child is highly encouraged. We will help in translating your letters. They can be send by e-mail or regular mail.
Please see the Sponsorship Facts Page for more information on the program.
Celebrate Children International is currently working with three different Orphanages in Guatemala. Please click below for the children's available in each Orphanage:
Orphanage #1 - Click to Visit
This is one of the largest programs we support in Guatemala, caring for 250 children in Guatemala City alone. Sharing our vision to reach the lost for Christ, this organization gives everything they have to providing the vast needs of orphaned children. CCI recently delivered a shipping container filled with a variety of items including: washing machines, clothing, school supplies, computers, tables/chairs, toiletries, cleaning supplies, office supplies, books, shoes, kitchen items, and much more. The missionaries of this orphanage were extremely grateful and pleased with all that they received.
This orphanage is currently building a compound they have called the Children’s City. This will house several of their children’s homes as well as their school, Activity Center, Library, laundry facility, and offices. CCI has been working with them to help provide needed items to finish these projects.
This is a picture of the older children coming together to worship in the Multi-purpose Center located in the Children's City.
This shows an outside view of one of their schools. These buildings have just been completed and are now functioning as classrooms, computer labs, and science laboratories provided with funds from Celebrate Children International.

Orphanage #2 - Click to Visit
It is always a true pleasure to visit this orphanage. The children are a pure delight and we are always glad to see the Director. This orphanage has undergone several changes over the last year and the results are so encouraging! CCI continues to sell coffee and note cards to assist them in covering their operating expenses. (Please see our Mayan Hope Shop to purchase any of these items.) During our last visit we were able to provide 6 computers for the orphanage, clothing, and financial donations. In May, CCI paid for the cost of a full time teacher to “home school” 8 of the children living in the orphanage. They are in the process of creating a Montessori teaching center as well as supplying a library for the children on the premises.
This shows partial view of the orphanage, with the main dinning room and kitchen in the middle and the boy's home in the two yellow buildings.
A view from the top of the orphanage where the chapel is, overlooking the playgrounds and lower area part of their school.
CCI is a 501(c)(3) and all donations are tax-deductible.
We Need Sponsors!
September 17, 2002
Milton has lived in the orphanage several years now. He is eleven years old and he is in the third grade. He likes to play soccer, and also likes to do art crafts. He has four brothers.
Milton is the son of a single mother who was abused, and now she is ill all the time and abused her children. Milton is a really nice young man who behaves very well and is much loved by the caretakers. He is always looking after the well being of his brothers. He is very mature for his age.
3 years old
At three years old, Fatima was being neglected by her mother who was a drug addict and did not work. The court place Fatima and her sister Alison (age 5) with the orphanage so that they would be able to live in a protected environment.
The two sisters love to play with each other and are very much loved by the caretakers. She is a very shy little girl, but sweet and loving. She likes to eat beans and chocolates, and loves to be hugged.

Friends for Life:
Mission trip volunteers formed bonds with many of the children at the orphanages. Because of this newly found love, they felt compelled to sponsor these children so their friendship can be for life.
